Bring careful freight inspection and forklift skills to BBE’s Edmonton warehouse, supporting accurate receiving in a time-critical logistics operation.
As a Warehouse Acceptance Agent, you will receive, inspect, document, and accept inbound freight for BBE. You will work with warehouse, transportation, customer service, vendors, and carriers to verify shipments and address exceptions. Your work supports accurate records, safe handling, and efficient freight movement.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate forklifts and machinery for material transportation
- Unload and load trucks by forklift
- Verify manifests and address freight discrepancies immediately
- Label, sort, package, and prepare shipments
- Track inventory and maintain accurate records
- Logistics and transportation experience considered an asset
- Shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience considered an asset
- Forklift and equipment operating experience considered an asset
- CIFFA, SCMP, or similar certification considered an asset
- High attention to detail
Support BBE’s Edmonton logistics operation through precise freight acceptance, manifest verification, forklift operation, and detailed record-keeping.
