Coordinate shipping and inventory operations in Edmonton while using database skills, warehouse equipment, and careful order fulfillment practices onsite. Support a structured warehouse transfer project involving 377 titles and approximately 5,200 square feet of inventory resources.
This Shipping and Inventory Coordinator assignment runs Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 4:30 PM. You will manage shipping records, inventory systems, warehouse organization, and order fulfillment activities. The work combines administrative coordination with physical warehouse duties, including reach truck operation and stock handling.
Key Responsibilities:- Pick, pack, and ship orders within established service timelines
- Track shipments and maintain accurate outgoing order records
- Receive stock, verify quantities, and submit documentation
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile stock materials
- Operate reach trucks safely using required personal protective equipment
- Experience operating reach trucks or material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong computer skills using databases and inventory systems
- Ability to lift boxes up to 35 pounds
- Valid driver's license and CSA-approved safety boots
