Location: Morinville
Overview
The Associate Insurance Advisor III supports agency operations by delivering inbound sales and service for life and wealth insurance products while operating within the broader portfolio of The Co‑operators personal and specialty lines.
Responsibilities- Inbound sales, service and profitable growth of life and wealth insurance products.
- Advise and recommend coverages and policies that best meet client needs.
- Actively prospect for all lines of business, identifying additional products or services that benefit the client.
- Complete front‑line risk assessments, inspections and re‑inspections following underwriting guidelines.
- Achieve individual goals for client service, sales, quality and productivity, and contribute to agency sales and growth targets.
- Respond to client questions and concerns, resolve complaints, and escalates issues appropriately.
- Proactively review client portfolios across auto, home, farm and commercial lines.
- Establish direct contact with clients and/or service providers in their environment.
- Availability for extended work hours, including evenings and weekends, may be required.
- Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience, including sales.
- General Insurance license required and compliance with all provincial‑licensing and continuing‑education requirements.
- Solid knowledge of insurance products and underwriting skills is an asset.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Successful completion of a Criminal Record and Consumer History background check.
