With a history spanning back to 1984, Beaulieu Plumbing is looking for a motivated Plumbing Estimator to prepare comprehensive labour and material cost estimates. This role involves reading blueprints, performing quantity take-offs, and creating detailed reports for project tenders. Your expertise will be crucial for liaising with engineers and contractors to ensure accuracy and feasibility in project costing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze detailed estimates of labour and material costs

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Create final bids and submit project tenders to clients

• Liaise effectively with contractors, architects, and engineers

• Conduct economic feasibility studies for proposed projects

Requirements:

• College degree in mechanical or civil engineering

• Minimum 2 years of estimating experience

• Familiarity with national plumbing and safety codes

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
