Position: Manufacturing Engineer for Process Improvement

This role is perfect for an engineer with 5-7 years of experience in the automotive field. You will analyze, develop, and implement manufacturing processes that meet stringent quality standards and production goals. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will lead initiatives for continuous improvement and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct manufacturing method evaluations and improvements

• Design tooling and fixtures for production needs

• Lead training and technical support for staff

• Ensure compliance with ISO and other standards

• Analyze data to reduce costs and enhance quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required

• 5-7 years experience in manufacturing engineering

• Familiarity with FMEA, DOE, and APQP

• Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works preferred)

• Strong analytical and leadership skills
