Cohesive is hiring a Consultant I specializing in IBM Maximo to improve asset reliability and efficiency.

This role offers a chance to work with clients globally while developing EAM skills.

We invite applicants with up to two years of experience with IBM Maximo or Maximo Application Suite. As a Consultant I, you will assist in both functional and technical areas of projects while learning from experienced mentors. You'll play a crucial role in aligning business objectives with technical solutions in asset management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in client workshops for requirement gathering

• Document and analyze business processes

• Create test scripts and scenarios for validation

• Support software configurations and data migrations

• Work on integrations with third-party systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar

• Hands-on Maximo experience up to 2 years

• Understanding of business processes and solution design

• Familiarity with technical specifications in projects

• Strong analytical and communication skills
