Join the team at Comfort Inn Edmundston as a Building Maintenance Worker focused on repairs and upkeep. Ensure all hotel facilities meet high standards through preventive maintenance and repair work.

This full-time, on-site role involves performing a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the hotel in excellent condition. You'll engage in preventative maintenance, apply paints and protective coatings, and maintain the exterior landscape, including snow removal. An essential part of your job will be to ensure guest satisfaction and safety while handling maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete Guestroom Preventative Maintenance Checklist

• Apply protective coatings to surfaces and structures

• Perform electrical system checks and repairs

• Maintain tools and equipment throughout the hotel

• Monitor and test fire alarm/life safety systems

Requirements:

• High school diploma required

• 1-3 years building maintenance experience

• Proficient in painting and plastering

• Previous electrical or plumbing experience preferred

• Valid Driver's License and vehicle necessary
