In this role, you will act as a liaison among customers, manufacturing, and project teams. Your responsibilities will include coordinating under-canopy amenities and maintaining essential inventory for successful project completions. Precision and attention to detail are essential to meet branding and customer requests effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate branding and forecourt project amenities
• Manage inventory levels and assist with orders
• Prepare drawings and layout concepts for approvals
• Support project teams to meet timelines
• Ensure accurate documentation for installations
Requirements:
• Previous project coordination experience preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong ability to communicate and provide customer support
• Experience reading basic drawings and layouts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Foster the success of petroleum site projects by maintaining high organizational standards and timely delivery of components.
