WhatYou’ll Do
As a Casual Security Guard, you’ll be at the heart of it all. From securing major events to responding to urgent service calls, you’ll be a vital part of our dynamic team. No two shifts are the same, and every assignment is an opportunity to grow your skills, face new challenges, and make a difference.
Your Responsibilities- Be the face of safety at major events, monitoring venues and ensuring protocols are followed.
- Respond to on‑call service requests when needed, demonstrating quick thinking and professionalism.
- Stay alert and engaged, especially during night shifts.
- Offer assistance in medical emergencies (basic first aid or CPR is a big plus).
- Adapt to the demands of the role – standing, sitting, walking, or lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Handle situations calmly and effectively, using self‑defense or force if necessary, in line with training and provincial regulations.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with the public and event organizers.
- You’re 19 years or older – ready to take charge and take on responsibility.
- You can obtain and maintain a New Brunswick Security License (we’ll guide you through the process).
- You have access to a reliable vehicle – because security never sleeps, and neither do we.
- You can stand for long periods and stay awake during night shifts – stamina and alertness are your superpowers.
- You’re adaptable, reliable, and ready to step into any challenge.
- Experience in security, event management, or customer service? Great! If not, we’ll train you.
