Join Yellowhead Christian School as a Jr High Humanities Teacher for the  school year, blending in-person and online instruction. Inspire students through English and Social Studies within a Christian framework.

This 0.5 FTE teaching role caters to those enthusiastic about education and committed to instilling Christian values. At Yellowhead Christian School, you will engage students with innovative lessons while supporting their diverse learning journey in a caring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct English and Social Studies lessons both online and on-site

• Create lesson plans utilizing multimedia resources

• Implement effective assessments tailored to students’ needs

• Foster respectful relationships with students and their families

• Contribute to the school's Christian programs like devotions and chapels

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Education degree

• Valid or eligible Alberta teaching certificate

• Strong passion for Christian education

• Previous youth work or Bible College education preferred

• Eligible to work and teach in Canada
