Field Operator

Position: Field Operator Role
Elevate your career as a Field Operator in the Edson District with Canlin Energy. This full-time position emphasizes safe operations and efficient management of gas and oilfield production assets.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for all aspects of field operations, including the operation of sour gas wells and overseeing pipeline processes. The job involves collaboration with the Production Coordinator and ensures that safety standards are met while utilizing advanced monitoring software. Working a rotating 7-on, 7-off shift schedule, you will report directly to the Edson South Production Foreman.

Key Responsibilities:

• Control and monitor gas and oil production processes

• Conduct daily operations on wells and pipelines

• Oversee technical tasks like pipeline pigging and plunger lifts

• Ensure optimization of chemical rates for production

• Use OpLynx for daily logs and reporting tasks

Requirements:

• Must possess a high school diploma

• Technical certification considered a plus

• Valid H2S Alive, First Aid, and TDG certification required

• Must hold a Class 5 driver's license with a clean record

• Experience in gas processing systems is an advantage
