Key Responsibilities Pharmacy Leadership & Patient Care
  • Lead daily pharmacy operations and deliver full-scope clinical services.

  • Provide counselling on prescriptions and OTC products.

  • Ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with all regulatory and privacy standards.

  • Foster strong relationships with patients and health-care providers.

Workflow & Inventory Management
  • Oversee workflow queues, will-call bins, and documentation.

  • Maintain dispensary security and confidentiality.

  • Manage inventory levels, expired product checks, and wholesaler orders.

  • Ensure strict compliance with controlled substances regulations.

Operational & Team Leadership
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and patient-friendly pharmacy environment.

  • Review financial reports and participate in operational decision-making.

  • Train, coach, and support pharmacy staff; delegate tasks effectively.

  • Address store communications and file incident reports as required.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, independent decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proven ability to drive pharmacy performance and build team engagement.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

  • Proficiency with pharmacy systems and technology.

  • Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to Health & Safety standards.
