Position: Experienced Laboratory Technologist II Needed

Working full-time, you will coordinate laboratory functions, oversee MLT I staff, and troubleshoot various laboratory instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and workflow of the laboratory

• Lead and mentor MLT I in task assignments

• Troubleshoot and provide technical guidance on lab instruments

• Maintain quality assurance standards across laboratory practices

• Support specialized procedures and research initiatives

Requirements:

• Completion of an accredited Medical Laboratory Technology program

• Registration or eligibility for CMLTA practice permit

• Required satisfactory criminal record check

• Proven problem-solving and organizational skills
