The Overnight Closer (Member Services Representative) will create a positive member experience by providing superior customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. In addition, the role includes closing the day’s shift and creating an accurate bank deposit.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional customer service.
• Handle all front desk related activities including answering phones, checking members into the system, processing new member sign‑ups, and leading tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally; elevate issues to the Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Close the shift for the business day.
• Create a bank deposit for the next day.

• Basic computer proficiency.
• A passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Exceptionally capable of interacting positively and professionally with members and co‑workers, exceeding expectations.
• Strong listening skills, empathy, and problem‑solving ability.
• Diplomacy in all interactions with appropriate behavior and language.
• CPR certification required.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during the shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during the shift.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift (overnights).
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals during the shift.

Shift: 10 pm – 6 am, Monday through Thursday.

Location:

Belleville, IL. Salary: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per annum.
