Financial Services Representative – Scott Credit Union, Edwardsville, IL
Base Pay Range: $17.34/hr – $26.01/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Saturday with Saturday rotation as scheduled.
Location: Fully on-site at the Edwardsville Branch.
AboutThe Role
Financial Service Representatives are primary points of contact for SCU members. They create an exceptional member experience by engaging with members who walk into the branch, over the phone, and through outbound calling efforts. Responsibilities include educating members on SCU products and services, resolving questions or issues, and supporting branch goals.

- Identify, educate, present, and cross-sell SCU products and services to members.
- Meet individual sales and operational goals and assist the branch team in achieving branch goals.
- Process financial transitions for members, including account openings/closures and loan applications.
- Perform teller duties: daily open/close teller terminal, balance cash, and remit reports.
- Perform required OFAC screens and report any positive matches to BSA Group; comply with BSA requirements of completing CTR and SAR.
- Build and maintain relationships with members, provide prompt and courteous service, investigate concerns, and recommend resolutions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of customer service experience.
- Personal computer experience including Microsoft Office products.
- Energized by creating meaningful connections and delivering strategic solutions.
- Focused under pressure and prioritize precision.
- Takes initiative, owns projects, and consistently aims for high-quality results.
