Scheffel Financial Services is seeking a Financial Advisor to consult with clients to help them achieve their long-term financial goals such as retirement planning, building wealth, and insurance needs. As an independent firm, we are committed to providing independent, unbiased guidance. • Provide team focused financial guidance and advise clients on retirement planning, building wealth, and insurance needs.
• Build genuine, long‑term relationships based on shared values and goals.
• Build our brand through networking in our community.
• Identify client goals using a consultative, client focused approach and develop plans to help clients meet those goals.
• Work closely with CPA’s to provide clients with coordinated investment and tax strategies.

• Series 7 and 66 required. Life and health licenses as a goal.
• Background check.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.
• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required.
• CFP, CFA, or CPA a plus.

• Base Salary: based on experience, ranging from $80,000 to $140,000.
• Bonus Eligibility: This position is eligible for performance‑based bonuses tied to individual and firm success.
