Evercare at University is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to join our team! As a Nurse with Evercare at University, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medications, and treatments
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and treatments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Minimum experience: 1 years (new graduates welcome to apply!)
- License/Certification: Current LPN/RN licensure in the State of Illinois
