WhatYou Will Do
- The Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach reports directly to the Head Coach and is responsible for assisting in the organization and administration of the Women’s Soccer program in accordance with the rules and regulations of the University, Ohio Valley Conference and NCAA. This includes, but is not limited to, assisting in the planning and coordination of in‑season and out‑of‑season practices and workouts, development of game plans, scouting of opponents, and recruiting student‑athletes.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications- Bachelors degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as an NCAA assistant coach, or previous experience as a collegiate head coach at the NCAA Division II or III, NAIA or NJCAA level; 1–2 years of collegiate coaching experience is preferred.
- Evidence of strong organizational and communication skills.
- Current knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
- A commitment to student‑athlete welfare and academic success.
- Match analysis skills and performance metrics experience preferred.
