As an OEM Buyer, you’ll take charge of the supply chain and ensure that departments can carry out their work efficiently. How do you do that? By building and managing relationships with reliable suppliers. You’ll establish clear agreements to ensure that delivery reliability, quality and continuity are consistently guaranteed. In addition to tactical and operational management, in this role you’ll also focus on more complex supplier relationships and the further professionalisation of our OEM products.

• Analysing and restructuring the strategic supplier portfolio.
• Developing long‑term relationships with key suppliers.
• Aligning the supplier strategy with business objectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain.
• Systematically professionalise and optimise the OEM supply chain.

• HBO or WO level of education and thinking.
• 5+ years’ experience in OEM procurement, supply management or technical procurement.
• Experience with in a manufacturing environment.
• Analytical skills to maintain an overview of supply chains and dependencies, and to manage risks and performance.
• You excel at relationship management and supplier management.
