Our client is looking for a CNC Miller who is eager to find his footing in a company passionate about technology!
Within the Parts workflow, the ‘CNC milling’ cluster is responsible for producing complex milling parts. We utilize a modern machine park that includes 4- and 5-axis milling machines from Burkhardt + Weber and Hermle, among others. With a team of approximately 15 millers, we produce highly complex and challenging high-quality work pieces for various customers in the high-tech industry. The varied work package ranges from producing complex prototypes in the initial phase of a new project to final volume production.
As a CNC Miller in our team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-tech products with the utmost precision. You will work with industry-unique machines and be partly responsible for the entire milling process, including machining strategy, tool selection, clamping methods, and quality assessment to ensure top-quality work.
Your profile
- You have a passion for technology and milling in particular.
- You have extensive experience as a CNC miller in a machining environment.
- You have experience with 5-axis milling machines.
- Experience with Siemens and/or Heidenhain controls is advantageous.
- You possess necessary material and tool knowledge, as well as knowledge of measurement methods and equipment.
- You are focused on high output with quality, based on stable and controlled processes.
- You work meticulously, are a team player, flexible, and driven.
- You are willing to work in 2 shifts (early morning / late afternoon) or 3 shifts.
- You will be working in a fully modernized machining department with substantial investments, with opportunities for internal growth aligned with our and our client’s ambitions.
