Seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join a fantastic team in central Illinois, looking to expand the service. Build your practice the way you prefer and choose how busy you want to be. High earning potential for a motivated and efficient physician.

• 7 on, 7 off schedule
• $700,000 + bonus based on RVU production
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• $100,000 total retention bonus (paid over 5 years)
• Quality bonus up to $50,000 (eligible upon earning base salary)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
