The Controls Engineer provides technical support and programming for manufacturing system designs and modifications.

• Experience with automotive plastic injection molding and assembly.
• Ability to program robot input/outputs and interfaces.
• Proficiency in programming robots.
• Knowledge of software and hardware systems.
• Ability to read electrical schematic drawings.
• Strong computer skills.
• 3-5 years of experience with controls in an automotive environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related engineering field.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Motivated, detail-oriented, and service-oriented.
• Enthusiastic about challenges and new initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
