The Visual Merchandising Specialist supports the retail store teams in creating compelling, brand-right visual displays that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. This role combines creativity with attention to detail to ensure every product presentation tells a story and inspires shoppers.

• Collaborate with office leadership and in-store merchandisers to interpret and execute product displays and merchandising.
• Travel to all Jack Flash gift store locations to execute visual merchandising plans and floor sets according to company standards.
• Refresh in-store displays and signage regularly to highlight new products and promotions.
• Maintain store visual standards - ensuring shelves, fixtures, and product areas are clean, organized, and on-brand.
• Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to create seasonal and themed displays.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with product placement to maximize visibility and sales.
• Provide feedback on display effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Support day-to-day store operations as needed.

• Previous retail or merchandising experience preferred (but not required).
• Strong eye for design, color, and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
• Able to lift and move merchandise and fixtures (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including some weekends or holidays.
• Maintain a valid driver's license.
