We are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at 1001 W Fayette Ave. in Effingham, United States. In this role, you will support the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance.

• Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Support the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing company policies
• Supervise and motivate staff members to maintain high performance standards
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptly
• Participate in inventory management and stock control
• Assist in staff scheduling, training, and development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations
• Contribute to creating a positive work environment and fostering team collaboration
• Perform administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keeping
• Step in for the store manager when necessary

• Proven leadership and team management skills

• Proficiency in time management and multitasking
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
