This role plays a pivotal part in realizing the sales objectives of the agency or specialized department. These objectives, as communicated by the agent, encompass both short‑term and long‑term growth targets. Key responsibilities include generating new business, identifying opportunities for cross‑selling, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client retention, and attaining profit goals.

- Exhibits strong customer service abilities.
- Possesses proficiency in computer skills.
- While preferred, sales experience is not mandatory.
