Diesel Service Technician

Devex Consulting BV is seeking a Diesel Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy and medium duty trucks, large construction vehicles, buses, and tractor trailers.

• Perform routine maintenance procedures and diagnostic tests for performance issues.
• Determine a course of action for damaged parts and systems.
• Use computerized equipment and specialized tooling to complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Accurately record time, cause, and correction on Repair Orders.
• Test components before and after repairs to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Participate in technical training and professional development.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic computer skills and experience with Repair Order Processing Software.
• Valid driver’s license; a current Commercial Driver’s License is preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain a safe driving record and operate motor vehicles.
• Physical strength to lift 60–150 lbs unassisted; ability to climb ladders and work in confined spaces.
• Good eyesight, hearing, and manual dexterity for precise work.
• Reports to Service Manager.

• Walk, stand, bend, and reach while working around truck components.
• Lift heavy components or tools following proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain safe handling of 60–150 lbs unassisted.
