• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in appliance repair or related field.
• Valid driver s license and clean driving record.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
