Job Duties:

* Perform routine preventative maintenance including fluids, grease, and electrical systems.
* Keep equipment operational by completing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repair quotes when necessary
* Resolve service problems by clarifying the issue; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the solution, and visiting the jobsite if necessary to correct the problem; following up to ensure resolution
* Document service, deployment and removal of equipment by completing Salesforce reporting and BOL's.
* Maintains equipment, tools, and supplies for the purpose of ensuring the availability, cleanliness, organization and functioning of required items and ensuring safety
* Establish a good rapport with customers
* Ensure all parts meet specifications and quality requirements. Assists other personnel as may be required for the purpose of ensuring an efficient and effective work environment
* Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
* Train customers on the basic operation of equipment
* Requests equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items
* Take on additional responsibilities as assigned##

Qualifications:

* Valid Illinois Driver's License and driving record in good standing.
* Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
* Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
* Ability to work well with others in a TEAM environment
* Basic math skills
* Flexible schedule with the ability to travel overnight 75% of the time.
