Atlanti Care is seeking a Telecommunications Representative (Access Center) to handle a high volume of calls for the medical centers and satellite departments. You will initiate emergency codes, route STAT and routine consults, and manage after-hours paging and on-call escalation.
Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 0–2 years of customer service or call center experience, and basic phone/computer skills. Shift work includes nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.
