A leading healthcare system in southern New Jersey is seeking a Board-Certified Otolaryngologist to step into a Chief of ENT role. This is a full-time leadership and clinical opportunity offering access to advanced technology, a supportive team, and comprehensive benefits.

• Lead a dynamic team of 4 ENT physicians and 2 NPs

• Outpatient & inpatient care, including oversight of OR and clinic block time

• Weekday call only (6 shifts/month; weekends covered externally)

• Access to DaVinci XI robotic platforms

• Practice across modern medical centers in South Jersey

• EMR: Cerner

• Involvement in strategic growth, mentoring, and referral network development

• Base Salary: $399,806 $ 759,565 (based on experience)

• Annual Chief Stipend + Productivity Bonus + Annual Bonus

• Relocation Assistance:
  Up to $10,000

• CME: $7,500 + dedicated time

• PTO: 264 hours annually + paid holidays

• Board Certified in Otolaryngology

• At least 1 2 years of post-training experience (new grads and BE providers not accepted)

• Active NJ license (or willingness to obtain)

• BLS, ACLS, DEA, CSR/CDS (or ability to obtain)

• Fully COVID and Flu vaccinated (per employer requirements)

• Not open to: 1099, locums, visa sponsorship, new graduates, or APPs
