Otolaryngology Physician

Join a leading healthcare provider in southeastern New Jersey as a Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT). • Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations for the ENT department.
• Deliver personalized, high-quality patient care with a focus on minimally invasive surgical techniques.
• Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care.
• Drive innovation in clinical practices and surgical techniques using advanced robotic platforms.
• Lead and mentor a team of board-certified surgeons and advanced practice providers.
• Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University.
• Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access.
• Cultivate a skilled and diverse surgical team focused on workforce development.
• Enjoy robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one.
• Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4) supported by APPs and hospitalist teams.

• Currently Board Eligible or Board Certified in Otolaryngology at the time of application.
• Prior clinical experience beyond training is expected.
• Not open to new graduates, Advanced Practice Providers, or candidates requiring visa sponsorship.
• Not open to providers who have just finished fellowship or are Board Eligible.

• Active and unrestricted medical license in New Jersey or willingness to obtain.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Valid DEA and CSR/CDS certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Recent NPDB report (within 30 to 60 days) and malpractice history disclosure required.
• Proof of COVID and Flu vaccination compliance as per employer screening.
