• Develop and lead an academic division blending clinical excellence, education, and research.
• Recruit, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of faculty, fellows, and staff.
• Expand advanced GI services, including endoscopy, inpatient, and outpatient care.
• Serve as a hands‑on leader—rounding, consulting, and managing complex GI cases.
• Drive strategic growth for the GI service line in collaboration with system leadership.
