Position Overview Atlanti Care , southeastern New Jersey's largest health system, is seeking a Division Director of Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) to lead a growing and innovative ENT division. This high-impact leadership role is part of the system's Vision 2030 transformation, emphasizing excellence, innovation, and compassionate care through partnerships with Drexel University and The Cleveland Clinic.

Key Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership for a growing ENT division in alignment with strategic goals Oversee clinical, academic, and administrative operations of the ENT department Deliver high-quality patient care focused on minimally invasive surgical techniques Lead innovation using 5 Da Vinci Xi robotic platforms Collaborate across departments to foster interdisciplinary cancer care Mentor and manage a team of 4 board-certified surgeons and 2 advanced practice providers Develop and implement research and educational initiatives in partnership with Drexel University Engage in community outreach to expand healthcare access and reduce disparities Ensure robust surgical volume and guaranteed OR block time from day one Participate in a shared call schedule (1:4), supported by APPs and hospitalists Requirements Board Status:
Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in ENT (Required) License:
Active NJ medical license or ability to obtain before start

Certifications:

BLS, ACLS, DEA, CSR/CDS (Required or willing to obtain before start)

Experience:

- Prior clinical experience beyond training required - Not open to new graduates or recently completed fellowship candidates Visa:
