Integration Specialist

Job Description:

LS Technologies, a Tetra Tech company, is seeking an Integration Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute integration activities for the FAA's Terminal Flight Data Manager (TFDM) system. You'll work with FAA stakeholders, contractors, and external partners to ensure seamless interoperability between TFDM and other NAS systems, compliance with FAA standards, and smooth site deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage integration plans for TFDM deployment.

• Coordinate schedules and deliverables with FAA stakeholders and contractors.

• Design and manage interfaces with systems such as STARS, ERAM, SWIM, and TBFM.

• Ensure compatibility, data integrity, and SWIM/FIXM compliance across interfaces.

• Participate in integration testing, FAT, and SAT events.

• Troubleshoot integration issues and conduct root cause analysis.

• Create and maintain technical integration documentation.

• Coordinate with airport operations, airlines, and OEMs for data exchange and readiness.

• Identify risks, propose mitigations, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Arts/Science, Associate's + 3 years' experience, or HS diploma + 5 years' experience.

• 5-14 years (Mid-level) or 15+ years (Senior-level) experience.

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Preferred:

• Experience with TFDM, STARS, ERAM, SWIM, TBFM, DO-278A, and FAA integration standards.

• Familiarity with FIXM and SWIM-compliant messaging.

Physical Requirements:
Extended computer use. Must pass Public Trust investigation.

Must be able to pass a government Public Trust investigation.

Compensation (Pay Bands)

Salary at LST is determined by a wide array of factors, such as (but not limited to) education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, location, and clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements and applicable employment laws. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.

The projected compensation range for this position is provided within the posting and is based on full-time, 40-hour/week status. Part-time staff receive compensation at an hourly rate. The estimated minimum and maximum displayed represent the broadest range for this position (inclusive of high geographic and high clearance requirements) and are just one component of the LST's total compensation package for employees.
