Join the Bristol hair studio as a
** Hair Stylist
** and work with a range of clientele to deliver high‑quality hair treatments. In this role you will:
• advise clients on cutting and styling options,
• apply cuts, blow‑outs, color and other salon treatments,
• maintain a clean, organized work area, and
• ensure clients are informed about follow‑up appointments and product usage.

Essential duties for the position are:
• taking a detailed client history,
• offering styling and color consultation,
• consistently applying cuts and styles to client specifications,
• delivering final styling,
• up‑selling salon products,
• keeping work area clean and maintaining a professional, friendly salon environment,
• managing client payment clarity and handling client concerns.

Successful candidates will have:
• a strong sense of style 👗,

• a passion for creating inspiring looks,
• exceptional customer service skills ❤️,
• a willingness to build rapport with clients and a strong fashion sense ❤️,
• sound knowledge of current styles and color trends,
• an eagerness to share insights with clients,
• experience in cutting and styling

Additional responsibilities include:

• maintaining the overall studio appearance,
• ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations (equipment setup, touch‑less tools, hydrogen peroxide cleaning, store area sanitation, patient air quality),
• assisting with inventory,
• managing customer coupons, and
• presenting promotions in a professional manner

Required qualifications:

• proficiency with vitally important hardware/ways of usage required and certain characteristics + English skills for building and maintaining a strong client base!

Salary: $60~$80k/year, regular benefits & overtime on a per-hour basis. For 10% engagement success you will pass additional training hours of your cabinet(s) and enjoy much extra at our toothpaste portions and up to 30% attendance benefits.
