The main function of the Concierge, or Receptionist, is to provide exceptional assistance and information to incoming guests, visitors, and staff to facilitate their entrance into or exit from the facility. This role requires a courteous and friendly demeanor, following procedures as outlined by state and federal regulations.

• Serve as the welcoming face of the community, providing a friendly and informative experience for residents, families, and visitors
• Operate telephones to answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information and taking messages
• Greet visitors and direct or escort them to specific destinations
• Perform word processing duties as assigned
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles or wheelchairs as needed
• Report any issues or problems to the Executive Director
• Comply with all health care and safety standards
• Assist families and visitors as needed
• Promote and exemplify the Priority Life Care mission and values

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
• Valid driver’s license with no recent moving violations
• Must pass a background screening
• Experience in long-term care, home health, or related industries is a plus

Salary: $17/hour
