Starting Annual Salary $55,000;

Are you ready to take your knowledge and experience in banking to the next level? Edi Fi Federal Credit Union is looking for a goal-oriented financial professional to lead our Egg Harbor Township branch.

Our branch managers carry out Edi Fi's mission and vision everyday. They oversee all daily branch operations, train and mentor team members to meet and exceed performance standards, and deliver consistent, exceptional service to our members. They enthusiastically offer our products and services, educating members about the values of credit union membership.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience required in a financial institution branch environment, credit union preferred.
• Proven leadership experience supervising, coaching, and developing staff in a financial services environment.
• Demonstrated success in achieving branch sales, service, incentive and operational performance goals.
• Strong background in member service, account opening, lending support, and transaction operations.
• Prior experience driving membership growth, engagement, and community outreach.
• Experience handling escalated member and personnel issues.

Branch Lobby

Hours:

Monday-Friday: 9:00am to 5:00pm. Saturday's: 9:00am to 1:00pm.
