Sales Trainee at Red Bull Distribution Company

This training role prepares Sales Trainees for the Account Sales Manager position by supporting sales initiatives and providing route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury, or any special projects as needed. You will work with management to maintain customer relationships across all "off premise" stores, delivering service in a safe, productive, and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull executional standards.

Upon successful completion of the training program you are eligible to interview for open Account Sales Manager roles. The Sales Trainee may remain in the role up to 12 months, with an optional 6‑month extension for high performance. The position is at‑will.

Learn the basics of Red Bull, its products, and brand standards. Build and protect brand through proper product rotation and maintain friendly, professional relationships with customers to increase sales.

Acquire tools such as insights, displays, POS, pricing, and communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs. Train with ASMs.

Support global strategy for in‑store execution measured by Winning vs Competition (WVC) & Perfect Store Audit (PSA). Cover ASM routes as needed, meeting daily KPIs in sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.

Assist the team with audits, blitzes, display building, and merchandising to drive sales. Perform other duties as assigned.

• Valid U.S. driver's license and DOT medical card
• Minimum age 21 years
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory or displays
• Fluent English; additional languages an advantage

Base salary range: $19.95 to $22.05 per hour. Actual salary may vary based on experience. Base pay range may change.
