Sales Opportunity Annual Earning Potential: $150,000 - $200,000+ 100% Commission-Based Pre-Qualified Appointments Provided
This is not an entry-level sales position. We are seeking experienced, results-driven sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals. What You'll Do- Conduct professional in-home sales presentations with pre-qualified homeowners
- Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to educate customers and present customized solutions
- Build and design bath remodeling projects using our industry-leading software
- Develop trust and rapport with homeowners while identifying their needs
- Present pricing, overcome objections, and confidently close sales
- Attend weekly sales training and coaching sessions to sharpen your skills
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
- Minimum 3+ years of proven in-home sales experience required
- Demonstrated track record of high sales performance and closing success
- Experience in home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, doors, baths, kitchens, HVAC, or related industries strongly preferred
- Ability to consistently generate substantial commission earnings
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Comfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM software
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed
- $150,000 to $200,000+ earning potential
