Join 4th Dimension Innovation as an ATF Administrator in Egham, Surrey. The successful candidate will coordinate administration tasks within the ATF Operations Department, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, and supporting stock control.

• Accurately create documentation for the disposal of CAT B motorcycles.
• Raise invoices for CAT B motorcycle buyers, ensuring accuracy in pricing and stock tracking.
• Liaise with multiple departments to support problem‑solving, including consumables ordering and warehouse organization.
• Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets to manage stock uploads and database records.
• Monitor and manage the sales email inbox, distributing tasks as needed.
• Update KPI spreadsheets daily to track department performance.
• Track motorcycle movements to ensure stock availability for the dismantling team.
• Respond to telephone, email, and letter inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Escalate issues where required while maintaining confidentiality.

• 1 year of administration/coordination experience.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize a busy workload efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative.
• Experience working in a team‑oriented environment.
