Main duties of the jobAs a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare's Virginia Water Care Home, you will be the first point of contact, offering professional, high-quality customer service. Your responsibilities will include answering the telephone, responding to enquiries, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance to the General Manager. You will need excellent communication skills, a positive and friendly attitude, and experience in problem-solving and client complaints.

Description:
07.30 am to 19.30 pm - varied/Mixed and weekends
- Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly.
- Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.
- Maintaining the general tidiness of the reception area, liaising with Housekeeping to ensure standards are maintained.

Qualifications- Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Be confident in using computers.
- Have a positive, friendly, and welcoming attitude.
- Have previous exposure to problem-solving and client complaints.
- ADBS Disclosure check, the cost of which will be met by Avery Healthcare.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
