Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:15pm
Job Type: Temporary ongoing, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right candidate
Hourly Rate: £13-£13.46ph DOE
We are currently looking for a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to join a friendly team in Egham. Our client specialises in refrigerant leak detection products and is looking for someone who can provide day to day administrative and office support.
The Role - You will be responsible for a variety of administrative and office based duties, including:
Answering incoming phone calls and dealing with customer enquiries
Managing emails and responding to customers professionally
Processing goods coming into the business
Preparing and sending goods out to customers
Updating records and completing general administration
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Supporting the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis
About You - We are looking for someone who is:
Organised and reliable
Confident speaking to customers over the phone
Comfortable using email and computer systems
Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise their workload
Accurate and attentive to detail
Friendly, professional and willing to learn
Previous administration/ data entry experience would be beneficial
