Events Co-ordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as an Event Coordinator and play a key role in shaping impactful corporate events across the EMEA region. You will be supporting the EMEA group, which has 1200 + employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of EMEA events, including venue sourcing, logistics, catering, attendee management and event materials.
• Develop and maintain event plans, timelines, checklists and key milestones.
• Coordinate suppliers, venues and other external partners, ensuring requirements, deadlines and budgets are understood and met.
• Manage event collateral, giveaways and shipments, ensuring materials arrive on time.
• Coordinate attendee communications and ensure participants have the information they need ahead of each event.
• Provide hands-on support at events, including registration, logistics, technical coordination and overall guest experience.
