You will take overall responsibility for the delivery from pre-construction through to completion on a £20m new-build that sits within a £100m+ turnover contractor.
You will lead the client and design team, coordinate specialist subcontractors, manage programme and budget, monitor progress and risks, and ensure the highest quality standards
