Customer Service Rep, Office Administrator/ Coordinator
An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our client's Operations Team as an Export Coordinator.
The role will be based at their office local to Heathrow.
Key Functions:
Jobs from start to finish, Air or Sea or both
Customs entries
Ensure customer service workload is prioritised and order changes are communicated promptly
Full training on in-house computer systems including internal communication and external
Ensure quality and quantity of work is always at a high level
Liaise with the customer on system related issues
Always maintain a high standard of housekeeping

Cargo wise
Air and Sea modes
Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

Working Pattern:
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday between core hours of 0900hrs - 1730hrs.
Office based.
