Prospero Integrated is seeking a proactive Customer Service/Helpdesk Agent to join our global team. You will act as the single point of contact for international customers, own cases through lifecycle, diagnose issues, and coordinate with engineers, logistics and suppliers to restore service within SLA.
The role emphasises accurate recording, meticulous administration and strong communication skills. Experience with ticketing systems and SAP/Dynamics CRM is advantageous in this AV/VC environment.
