Job DescriptionApplications are invited for three posts of Lecturer in Law (Teaching Focus) in the Department of Law and Criminology. The department offers undergraduate programmes in Law (LLB), Criminology & Psychology, Criminology & Sociology, and Social Sciences, as well as Masters programmes in Social Work, Forensic Psychology, and Terrorism and Counter‑Terrorism Studies. The lecturer will engage in scholarship activities around teaching, learning and assessment, keeping up with the scholarship of others.
The position will involve teaching undergraduate core subjects on the LLB Course. Candidates with teaching expertise in Clinical Legal Education and/or core or optional subjects such as Criminal Law, Contract Law, Equity and Trusts, Land Law, Employment Law, Law of Evidence, Corporate and Commercial Law, and Family Law are preferred.
