Lecturer Salary is £49,979 to £59,125 per annum (including London Allowance).
Associate Professor Salary is £60,815 to £70,058 per annum (including London Allowance).

In line with our commitment to preparing graduates for the future world of work, the Department of Accounting and Financial Management (AFM) invites applications for a research-active Lecturer or Associate Professor. The successful candidate will be expected to design and deliver innovative, technology-focused modules and to make a significant contribution to the Department’s portfolio of professionally accredited programmes.
We welcome applications from candidates specialising in the application of technology to accountancy and finance, including the ability to contribute to modules incorporating Bloomberg. This role offers an excellent opportunity to shape the future of accounting and finance education within a dynamic, research-intensive academic environment.
- Contribute to high-quality teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programmes.
- Maintain an active research profile and participate in departmental and school administration, including public engagement activities.
- Demonstrate how research interests complement those within the Department/School and develop an impactful internationally recognised research portfolio.
- Develop funding applications and pursue an emerging track record of success where applicable.
- Research-active candidate with potential for impactful, internationally recognised research.
