Overview
Interim Quantity Surveyor (CR/007011) – Inside IR35 –
Location:
Hybrid (Egham 3 days per week) – 8 week initial contract. We’re recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to support a major UK energy and infrastructure organisation delivering critical projects across the country. The business operates at scale within regulated infrastructure and is known for long-term investment and high standards of delivery.
- Supporting a variation account through to final account position
- Working under NEC forms of contract
- Collaborating closely with site and commercial teams
- Proven NEC contract experience
- Strong commercial and change management capability
- Comfortable working 3 days per week on site in Egham
- Inside IR35
- 8-week initial contract
- Open to part-time working
