  • Support end-to-end network deployment activities from installation through acceptance testing.
  • Configure and validate radio network equipment and associated network elements.
  • Execute integration procedures and technical implementation plans.
  • Troubleshoot RAN, transport, and integration issues within multi‑vendor environments.
  • Conduct site acceptance testing and performance validation.
  • Analyze alarms, logs, counters, and performance metrics to resolve network issues.
  • Support customer delivery and service activation activities.
  • Collaborate with project teams, vendors, and customers to ensure successful deployment outcomes.
  • Maintain technical documentation, deployment records, and integration reports.
  • Support network optimization and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, project requirements, and quality procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.

  • Knowledge of IP networking and transport technologies.
  • Experience with network performance monitoring and optimization.
  • Exposure to Open RAN (O-RAN) environments.
  • Experience supporting enterprise wireless or industrial connectivity solutions.
  • Understanding of telecom site rollout and delivery processes.
Recruitment Pro Tip
